It's not just Films and TV shows where I've noticed evil logos, it's in real life too. :D Seriously though, it's probably just to add humor, or so the audience can identify the logo with the bad guys. On a deeper level though, I'd say the logo represents conformity, anti-thinking, and the "system" in which enslaves the general populace. Because it’s a CONSPIRACY! It’s not just Films and TV shows where I’ve noticed evil logos, it’s in real life too. :D
